Guest registery

Spanish law requires us to register every guest with the authorities within 24 hours of arrival, so we’ll ask for a passport or ID for each person in your group when you arrive.

Number of guests

The number of guests is the number on your booking. Visitors, gatherings or anything resembling an event need our agreement in advance.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours From 23:00 to 11:00.

Smoking

Not inside the casitas or common rooms. Outside, use the ashtrays, never the garden or the ground.

The Pool

The saltwater pool is heated and unsupervised. Children swim only with an adult watching. No glass at the poolside. Please rinse off sunscreen and oils before swimming.

Garden

The vegetable garden is a working garden; ask before you pick.

Water usage

Water is scarce on Ibiza. Drink our Kilómetro zero water and refill your bottle, keep showers short, and switch off lights and air conditioning when you leave a room.

Power usage

Keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running.

Waste Management

We separate all waste and follow the municipal rules of Santa Eulària des Riu.
Non-recyclable: tissues, sanitary products, razors, receipts, dirty packaging.
Recyclable:  plastic, cans, glass bottles and jars, cosmetic bottles, tubes.
Organic: leftovers, peels, coffee grounds, tea bags, eggshells.

Cleaning

Your stay includes a full final cleaning and a mid-stay change of towels. Bed linen changes on longer stays are on request. Daily housekeeping can be added at an extra cost, with a minimum of 4 hours per day. Let us know before arrival so we can schedule it.

Damage and loss

Things break. Tell us when it happens and we’ll sort it out together. Damage beyond normal use is charged at cost.
