Booking & payment.

A reservation is confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit of the total rental price. The remaining 50%, along with the €5,000 refundable security deposit plus Tourist Tax, is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival require payment in full at the time of booking.

Security deposit.

By the use of our partner ChargeAutomation a credit card hold of €5,000 is required in addition to the rental price. The credit card hold will get released after check-out, once the property has been inspected and no damage, loss, or outstanding obligations are found.

Cancellation

• More than 90 days before arrival: 100% refund of amounts paid. 
• Between 90 and 60 days before arrival: 50% refund of amounts paid. 
• Less than 60 days before arrival: no refund.

If Guardian House cancels a confirmed booking, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

Guest responsibilities.

Guests are expected to keep the property in good condition, use appliances and amenities appropriately and notify us promptly of any damage, breakage, or malfunction. Bookings may not be transferred or sublet. The maximum number of guests is agreed at the time of booking and may not be exceeded without prior authorization. Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement.

 Liability.

Guardian House is not responsible for personal valuables, or for loss or damage caused by unauthorized third parties or events beyond our control. Guests are responsible for loss or damage caused by their own negligence, including failing to secure doors and windows.

 Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, with jurisdiction held by the courts of Ibiza.
